Dear Members, I'm on my H1B Visa as "Computer Systems Analyst" as my present company did it for GC purpose. But my real job is more towards management consultant. I applied for GC last year on EB3 Regular (My LC is not cleared yet). Now i want to change to a different employer on TN. I want change of status from H1B to TN. During change of status from H1B to TN should the job duties be the same "Computer Systems Analyst" or can i change to any other jobs listed in NAFTA list. Will it be a problem to do so or what is the best option for me. Because i need to tell my future employer, what has to be done "Computer Systems Analyst" or "Management Consultant" I've an MBA in information Management. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
