Are laptops cheaper in Canada or Singapore?

I guess Chandresh would know about this. Since I am going back to India thro' Singapore, was debating on whether to buy a laptop.

if US is close to ur place go their during one of their sales event and buy it. It's way cheaper for the same configuration. I bought one last year, for my younger brother for his studying/university purpose, just cost $423 CAD. Similar config. ones in Canada were costing me around 750 +
