I am posting this job vacancy for the 3 rd. or 4 th time now. We are very desparately looking for people. Just today a Canadian Lady was hired. She looks very new and does not know the job at all. She is around 45' ish and gets a salary of $18 an hour but she still struggles to understand drawings. My boss will hire any Desi that i recommend. I am just asking if someone who knows anyone who has this experience to send me their Bio and i will get them a job in an hour or so. Our office will hire 3-5 people. i want to further train them in what i am doing and leave this office to go to UAE/USA.

Also my boss and he told me that he will hire any foreign trained architect that i identify and bring, provided that they are with an open mind to learn and does not matter even if they donot have any Canadian expeience. They need to have an Architect degree and work towards BCIN exam.
Autocad proficiency is a must. only 2D required.
Office profile :
Our office is a company (Italian) which Designs residences (Single/Semi's/Town houses only) and makes Architectural working drawings for the same. We also have Commerical and Industrial projects (5% of the total work). Office has flexible hours and 24 hour high speed internet connection for personal use. Salary is a bit low when compared to market rates. Office is located in Vaughan (edge of Toronto) at Steels-Weston roads.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting into the Global Technology and Services organization, the successful candidate will work as part of a team on new products and product design changes to ensure their successful introduction into RIM Manufacturing, outsourcing and distribution. For this purpose the successful candidate will be engaged primarily but not exclusively with new products from the concept through to commercialization phases of the product development. The Product Engineer will be responsible for the product's electrical performance and the analysis of the production test and calibration performance in line with the Manufacturing Test Requirements. Working with the design teams, the Product Engineer will play a central role in the establishment of test and calibrations development milestones in addition to yield and test time targets, and will lead the DFT, build analysis, issue tracking and resolution to meet the defined targets. Due to the nature of the position the Product Engineer will also have responsibility for ECN assessment and validation where required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A degree Qualified Electronics Engineer with knowledge of the hardware and software design architectures used in today's PDA and wireless device designs
High volume manufacturing experience with detailed knowledge of wireless protocol standards, including some of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/CDMA2000/UMTS/802.11 and GPS
Proven record of technical problem solving
Detailed knowledge of modern manufacturing test systems and equipment used to test wireless devices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to liaise with design engineering and manufacturing groups and to influence change
A dynamic individual who can adapt to a rapidly changing and demanding manufacturing environment
Goal driven with a passion to support products through the phases of definition and planning, design and implementation to volume manufacturing (Commercialization phase)
Responsible for ensuring product test coverage and manufacturing test capacity
Test system validation experience and the ability provide Test Technician and RF technician support
DFM and DFT knowledge
Excellent Technical reporting skills
A team player who can continuously adapt to new technology requirement and new test methodologies

I work for matrox graphincs and i m hoping ti get job in ATI -AMD since they are our compititors.
