My husband applied for my PR(me in India), application receival date 3rd aug.Anyone in this time range???.....I heard the time frame is taking bit long...how long? is it possible to apply for visitor visa in the meantime?...or can my husband come to India to meet me(I heard continuous stay for PR is required) and then process my visitor visa, so that we can travel together back to Canada? although the 2nd option is hardly feasible, just asking for ur opinion.....

it roughly takes 3-4 months (add one more month in case of interview)... I would wait and do not apply for visitor visa.. unless you are ready to burn 2000 CAD ...

Hi,
My wife has sent her passport on july20th(she has got a passport requesition letter for her PR PROCESSING) and we got a confirmation call from COURIER office saying that her passport has been delivered to canadian high commission on july21st.Till now she is waiting for her passport(its september 5th)....its been almost 47days now that the passport has reached them.Can we contact canadian high commission(newdelhi) via email at this moment of time?I mean is it okay if we give them a mail stating my wife passport and filenumber details???????Or do you think i need to wait for somemore time????Would appreciate iF anyone can getback to me ASAP....
