Hi,
I sponsore my wife in March...Now my ECAS status show "DECISION MADE ON MAY 11"....it also says "We have sent you a letter on may11th regarding the decission made on your application"..Till now i dint get any letter...Was wondering how much time will it usually take???

dear all

one of u guys mentioned that it takes approx 2 1/2 months for visa to be received after the case is approved from cpc mississaugua , but pls read below

for arnab the whole process took 2 1/2 months. so is it that it is taking more time for the cases processed these days ??

Does anyone had his / her spouse receive visa in last one month, who can let us know of their timelines, because arnab had his case in approx the same time last year.

You can not generalize timings by arnabs process timing.
Generally it takes around 4-6 months, in few cases it takes less than that time while in most of the cases it takes 4-6 months or more than that.

Hello everyone,
I received a letter from CIC MISSISSAUGA saying that i am eligible to sponsor my wife and my file has been trasfered to newdelhi for further processing on MAY11TH.

Yes, I have received a letter saying my file has been transferred to New Delhi..

Application received : 7th April
sent to Delhi : 13th May

How about you ?.. Whats the status of your application ?.

I think we can take this offline untill we have something solid to share.. Can you not use the PM option of this site?
