Oh yeah!
Haven't you seen some driving Taxi's for a living or doing Pizza Delivery and waiting for years to get a residnecy spot. Not all doctor's get a break and it is more difficult for foreign trained doc's to get residency. Ontario has around 3000 foreign trained doc's with only 190 recidency seats per year. Agreed taht some of them are from Africa and other under developed nations.
