For the list of study material, refer to an earlier post on page 2 or 3. AS regards the Code of Conduct, it's available on PMI's website, http://pmi.org/info/PDC_PMP.asp Look for PMP Code of Professional Conduct

The course curriculum was changed last year (Sep 2005). It will be valid for atleast another 4 years, until PMI is out with the new version of the PMBOK.
In short, the list of books is still valid. Just ensure that Rita's book is for PMBOK v3. You can check it on the website http://www.rmcprojects.com." rel="nofollow">LINK I'm pretty sure it's the 5th edition.
If you're in Toronto, I have tons of material, although it's for the older version of the exam, a lot of it is still relevant, and hey...it's for free. This offer is open to anyone in Toronto. I do have some softcopy too, but just too lazy to email it. They are large files anything from 5 to 10 Mb.

I am in frankfurt and therefore, wont be able to take advantage of the reading material you have
. But, will really appreciate if you can send me the softcopies, if possible. I promise to show you around frankfurt, if you choose to come here for a holiday 
Anyway, jokes apart, it will be fine if you keep sending in your suggestions/advice/tips. As i said, i have just got my confirmation from PMI and I am planning to take the certification test by next month end. So, lets see...

I have started to prepare for the PMP, but would like to get a head-start on the course. Is there a way you could share the material you have to prepare for the exam. Also, the links to Q-Banks on the web would help as well?
