Hi 'hemzer',
Here is some good news for you. If you drink a beer or two and know the nearest "Sports Bar", then ask the barman.............

http://www.fihockey.org/,

Hope you don't have popup blocker.
http://www.fihockey.org/vsite/vcontent/page/custom/0,8510,1181-166465-183683-35790-174654-custom-item,00.html

The TV broadcast channels are listed in here.
Some or all of the Sports Bars will carry on atleast one HDTV.
It might clash with other PPV shows, so visit the nearest sports bar and ask the Barman.

My son might tape it for me on a DVD from free to air tv shows if he knows where it is and if it is after his regular shows.
There are some shops who are in recording anything business who charge three bucks or so for a whole weeks showing of these games, check from the closest DVD shop.(Indian)

Hi hemzer,
He has a combination dish network. One of them points to the east. He gets to watch three SA channels. (The Kuchi Kuchis) He said that they will have them on at GMT + 5 for us, he can tape anything around midnight or after for me. Which means games played after 18:30.19:00. The ones before that time, (The afternoon games) I will not get to see. I will watch the highlights on the internet.(Synopsys).
You can see the who (Such as Fox, ESPN etc.,) and when (The time and date) on the 'link' posted and the games (Pools) that are scheduled on these dates are also there. Check them out yourself. Brazil and Argentina is scheduled for their broadcasts and due to receive theirs at that time. Please check that for me if you do know any of the 'sat-guys'. Other than that I am also waiting for the DVD after some time. No live TV. Only sports bar.
I will watch them on the NET. Who do you cheer?

Freddie.

Personally I would Like India to win or Pakistan. I love the brand of hockey they dish out... but thats just a dream nowadays..... so no special team but I see Spain showing some good form.

BTW which sat is your son pointing to ? what is kuchi kuchi? pardon my ignorance here.

ESPN Deportes broadcasts only Argentina games. Worlhockey.tv says they will have the maches but it will be delayed and on demand so you have to pay $$ for it. I think it is about 6 Euro each match. Right now that seems like my only choice.
