Resp sir

I have applied from delhi india since 18 apr 2001
my file is currently under process.
now i want to transfer my file to manitoba provincess
i even had a job letter form manitoba.

can you pl guide me that how long does it taka
to transfer my file to manitoba & to get medical
from there.

you have to start the manitoba process. There is no transfer of file from federal to provinces. When manitoba accepts you, you let the federal authorities know following the usual procedure
