looking to find out where is xcess cargo store here in toronto? i have heard there is one in scarborough..any pointers would be appreciated.

I have purchased products from X-cargo...i would not recommend them to anyone..

yes, they are cheap..So is the quality!

The saying: what you pay is what you get .... rightly applies here..

WATCH OUT! they dont take their products back that easily..they will exchange it for some other product.

I don't buy from Xcess Cargo as they do not have refund policy. One should check proces for the same item in Zellers, Canadian Tire. I find most of the time the price at big retailers may be more by a dollar or two but worth paying that extra for refund policy.
