Me from kerala basically from kottayam luking for both male and female frineds
Hello Gladson,
There are a few Malayalee's on this forum but no idea if anyone is in the GTA.
Also you can look for the local kerala chapter where there is a considerable amount of people.
I heard from a Malayalee last year that there are a lot of Malayalee's in the GTA although from outside it may seem that there are no malayalees in the GTA/Canada.
Also there are some Malayalee churches where you can find malayalee's. One such church is on Steels and Norfinch (Steels and 400) in North Toronto. OTOH there are also some Gora churches in the GTA where a lot of Malayalee's do attened. One such church is the Portico at Eglinton-Mississauga road in Mississauga.
Any news on your job search?

There are about 3 Malayalee association in GTA. They have frequent meetings, dinners, concerts at the Glenforest School in Mississauga. You can hear to the Malayalam program in CMR 101.3 every Saturday at 9.30 AM. Here you will be able to get details of all the Malayalee get togethers.
The place to find malayalam movies, food items and groceries from Kerala is at Coconut Grove which is owned by Tommy at the intersection of Eglinton and Dixie in Mississauga. This is on the right hand side of Eglinton right after Dixie (beside the petrol bunk)if you are going West. He is also an organizer of various malayalam program. He will be able to help you to network for you and organize your bank account, mortgage to job for you.
Hats off to you Malayalees on the way you guys network!.
There is also a program called Malayala Sabdham on the OMNI 2 Channel which comes on week days and you will be able to get more information on the events of the malayalee community.
Lastly several local theatres have malayalam movies on show during the weekend matinees. Check your local movie listing.
Some of my best buddies are malayalees, if you need their contacts PMAIL me.
Good Luck and God Bless !

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....
"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"
Shankaracharya,
Is there any theatre in GTA which still shows malayalam movies? Please let me know.
