Hi,

I got PR in Feb 2003 and stayed in Canada for 2 months, after that I returned to India and now planning to go to Canada in Feb 2007 for ever. This means, I can not complete residency requriemnts of 730 days.

I want to know what wil happen to me.? Do they allow me to enter Canada in Feb 2007, will they allow me to stay after Feb 2008(I my PR card is valid till Feb 2008)

Dear Mr. Bala,

Wish this is not a sarcastic response. I'm really wondering why none of the senior desis has tried to address this issue. Appreciate if someone can contribute more information on this.

Regards

TSM

Those who did not fulfil the conditions and still managed to get their PR card renewed will not reveal how they did it!
