What is good option any brand which is good for installation in Appartment .
Is it easier to install or u need pro for that too.

i had Kenmore, very easy to install and i used it for 3 years without any problems. then i gave it to my friend last season and she had no problems with it. i bought it from sears.

Besides the brand, an important thing to keep in mind is the "cooling power" of the AC, measured in BTU. For a typical apartment living room, you should install something with a capacity of atleast 10,000 BTU (ideally 12,000)

I dont have too much knowledge but there is some kind...electricity saver...that govmt encourages us to use and so there is some credit if u buy it or is cheaper ?
