If you're an MBBS why would you like to move to Canada? Stay in India to work in a good hospital and earn good, or try to go to US for further studies. No career in Canada for immigrant Doctors, except otherwise you're ready for a long struggle.
These days Canada is all about IT/Software or the factory jobs. Even IT professionals have a hard time landing in a good job right after coming here. It's only after few months of struggle or networking that they find something meaningful.
Give it a thought and then take a plunge. If you're still single, in your early 20s, and do not plan to get married for another 4-5 years then it's going to be good for you.
These are my opinions, but may be others disagree with me. I am in IT field so the one who is working in Medical field or a Doctor might give you a way better advise.
Wishing you all the best for your immigration efforts.

If USA interests them, he/she can clear USMLE (US Medical Licensing Examination) and practice there.

For a fresh MBBS (with no/little experience) it's a 4-5 year process before they can start practising medicine in Canada, after passing all the licensing exams and residence requirements. Refer to this link for more details
