Sorry I was not in the forum forlong time

As my parents application also approved by CPC-M and recd. an application that has to be filled out by my parents but it's taking too much time as it needs too many documents.

Now the question is with in how much time frame do they have to submit their documents to CHC-New Delhi?

Pls. let me know

It is about 6 months from the date of the letter. The time would be mentioned in the letter sent to your parents.

My Parents Application is in Delhi since mid September i have not heard any thing after that.

I applied for my parents sponsorship in oct 2004. File approved and sent to New Delhi in Feb 2007. Papers sent to New Delhi in Oct 2007. Medical Received from New Delhi Jan 2008.
Anyone knows how much time do we have to wait before my parents get the final visa.

Did your parents get the medical request? No news my side (submitted the application kit to New Delhi in Oct 2007).
