Have your parents submitted the papers to CHC-New Delhi ? If yes, can you share the date please.

From current times, looks like it takes anywhere between 5 to 6 months for medical request from the time CHC-New Delhi starts processing the file.

New Delhi Started Processing Sep 18 2007

On Sep 25 Parents Got a Letter Showing New Delhi Got Paperwork
And Parents Got New Immigration File No

Nothing Happens After Sep25 2007 Letter Almost More Than 4 Months Paperwork Sitting in New Delhi

There is kkdip Timeline at Trackkit I Love See His Timeline So Quick, His Parents Done Thier Medical In Dec 07 He Applied Almost With Me He Is So Lucky Love To See Quick Timlines

In the case of "kkdip" (and another person) that you mentioned, there is a discussion wherein he says it took them 7 months to get medical request.

It Looks Similar But The Difference i Found Delayed Approx 2 months In India And 1 Month Here in Canada Because Of Option C printout Total Approx 3 months thats what i found difference

We submitted the papers sometime in September/ October 2007 and the processing started.

From what I have seen on most forums, it takes between 4 to 6 months from start of processing till the medical request.
