but you would need sopcast player so dnld it from sopcast.org and it will only work in Internet Explorer....

i will try to down load sopcast and give another shot
so far i am using TVU and WMP links and they are giving hardtime
the streaming is not good

Yes, it is free to dnld- http://www.sopcast.org/download/
you should have Internet Explorer and not Firefox....
