i dont knwo where to start
we brought our sister as refugee from the state to canada 3 years ago. she lost her case..and now canadian immi asked her to leave. she had two choices. 11 to go back to india or 2. go to states.
she chose to go to states. now she is buffalo. shes in jail. none of us can go go see her since non of citizen yet.
its been 3 days and she cant even call us form there. she asked sum1 to call us that wrk that..sayin that plz get me out of here..and send me back to india.
but heres the worse part..she diesnt have passport..when she came here..she handed her passport to canadain gvrnmnt..her passport was expired so they sent it to renew it..and guess wat..they said they do not renew the passport to refugee claimers..
now they have the passport in their custody.
now wat one shud do if they want to go back to india?
who can make travel documents?
we really need sum1 help.
can sum1 tell me wat shud we do..

Based on that I may offer some suggestion

now all i want a know is how to get travel documents..cuz i know i wont get her passport renewed form indian embassy.
if we make that then we can send that to the us immigration with the flight ticket..

she cant even call us. she has to do collect calls so they can record the conversation.
i have primus and they dont have collect call service..i jsut call bell and they will be changing it on thursday.
