So your knowledge of Cuban health system is based on one article !!!!! hmmm
let me give you some figures . These are from WHO as quoted on wikipedia

" According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the chance of a Cuban child dying at five years of age or younger is 7 per 1000 live births in Cuba, while it's 8 per 1000 in the US. WHO reports that Cuban males have a life expectancy at birth of 75 years and females 79 years. In comparison, the US life expectancy at birth is 75 and 80 years for males and females, respectively. Cuba's infant mortality rate is better than the US with 5 deaths per thousand in Cuba versus 7 per thousand in the US. Cuba has nearly twice as many physicians as the U.S. -- 5.91 doctors per thousand people compared to 2.56 doctors per thousand, according to WHO"

Seems they have more doctors then even US !!!!!!! these commies

http://www.rediff.com/news/2007/nov/20illi.htm

"India has the largest number of illiterates in the world and the country ranks a poor 126th in the Human Development Index prepared by the UNDP, the Centre told the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.

As per the Human Development Report 2006, India ranks 126th out of 177 countries covered in the report, Minister of State of Human Resources Development D Purendeswari told the upper house.

Adult literacy is only one of the several variables on the basis of which the Index is calculated, she said in a written reply. In 2001, the total number of illiterates came down to 304.11 million from 328.88 million in 1991."

Kerala is great! I love it the way it is. No major rapid development. Even after 20-30 years you will see the kerala cities as it is . Unlike other states where there is rapid development (all unplanned, traffic congestions, pollution etc).

People have are educated .they have more power, knowledgeable, and they ask questions, access their rights, and most of them take bath

Exactly. Nothing has happened in the state, no development, no economy, only money from expats. No wonder Keralites have moved out. So what if they are educated. They still vote for commies and a 85 yr old as CM who lacks vision, literally, since his eyesight is pretty bad.
