I am US resident and my Canadian PR process is at its final stage pending request for immigrant Visa stamp.
I have a Master's degree along with 10 years of professional exp. and I am interested in pursuing a doctorate degree in business.
As per my understanding the program is offered only in a limited no. of universities (some offering online DBA) and I am not sure about the tuition fees and job prospects of the program. Can anyone shed light on this program?
There are quite a few in the USA and compared to them, they are about a tenth of them in numbers here.
All of these popped up in my search and I am providing them to you for comparison.
A few that provide a DBA are linked. Some will unravel if you do further search.
Please read what it is worth first to get an idea of the costs at the time it was published.(2006?) They have gone up considerably since that article.

MBA studies in Canada, a general history :

Prior to taking up your studies it will be well worth your time meeting with a few of the faculty members
to get a first hand opinion where it could lead you to, in the future, Professionally. There are a few mix
and match MBA degrees that might attract your attention and they are worthy of note. i.e. MBA.LLB.,
There are a few that are currently in such programs that surf the CD website from time to time. They will
be the best to answer your specific questions in this field as they are currently pursuing such a career
here in Canada. They also have personal contact with the faculty that they associate with.
You have access to this and more, so, please do your own search and supplement this information.
You may please post them, if you think that there will be others who might use that information in the future.
Good Luck.
Freddie.
Thanks for the info Freddie.
