i dont know the prerequisites, but try to think in biggers way. Once you have the thought, you can always act on it and unlike back home you dont have much hurdles for financing other liciencing issues for new ventures.

It is a clerical position dominated by females. Most probably you will be working a doctor's office as a secretary. What are the chances it is going to fetch you over $15 an hour, I cannot say. In a hospital, you would earn a bit more!
Technical courses like x-ray tech are longer term courses but salary and prospects are good too.
