I checked ratings of few schools in EQAO (of Toronto Board and other boards) but question is what is key thing to look at ? I see Grade 3 and Grade 6 school results comapred with those of Boards and of Province. But what is the key finding of these reports ? Example :

You should look at the number of students who are at or above the Provincial Average (level 3 & 4) in reading, writing and mathematics. This will give an indication that students in that school are more (or less) "smarter".
Also look at the progress of the school over the years. This will indicate if the school is improving or not.
As an FYI EQAO results are used by the Govt. to
* Arrive at funding
* Make changes to the curriculum
* Develop training programs for teachers

Some other bits of info you might want to consider -
1. How many absentees were there during the EQAO. Sometimes, low performers are "encouraged" to stay home during the first sitting.
2. How many report a foreign language as their mother tongue and/or were born outside Canada. A high proportion of FL students may indicate higher academic standard.
Hope it helps and good luck.
