Questions for Adult OCI application:
1) Fees is USD $275. Can I pay fees in Canadian Dollar? If yes, how much?

I think left and right both thumb impression require in two boxes. Let me know if I am wrong.
How can I get thumb impression of child? [Where can I find stamp pad?]

I did the trick using normal pen and putting it on the thumb.

Left hand thumb impression for children who cannot sign. Get a stamp pad from dollar store.

Form also ask for two known person in India. (Can I write the address of grandparent?)

Do the hci want to see birth certificate of Canada / Canadian Citizenship Card / Landing papaer while I am going to submit canadian passport for PIO?
Please share your experience if you have gone through this process recently.
I am going to submit following documents with PIO.
1) Canadian passport with a copy (not blank pages)
2) Indian Passport of one parent (not blank pages)
3) 3 photos.
Let me know if I am missing anything. Sorry to ask for clarification again.
