There is no expedited process for Citizenship. Regarding giving tests, I guess you can do the citizenship test at the center (Settlement Services Center or any other center that is run by Canadian Govt). When you give the test there they will post your results to the designated office. That way you won’t have to wait for test from Citizenship Canada. But it won’t expedite any process. If they still require you for finger prints, you have to provide that and it will add couple of months more to the process.

Have a look at this http://www.v-soul.com

Here is what i heard from a friend of mine..

In the peel region u can go for citizenship classes , they charge 20$ for 3 classes and then they verify ur forms and paperwork.

At the end of the classes they will get an appointment for a citizenship test for u.

On the day of ur tests ur forms are also submitted. This saves the time of waiting for a test date..

People who follow this process save about 2 months from the processing time.

My friend went thought this process about 2 years ago..

I have not managed to confirm if this process is still applicable..

I did my CO-OP with the Duffering Peel Adult Learning Center (Brandon Gate, Mississauga) in the past & they have the same citizenship test preparation program affiliated with Kolbe group.

This is a PDF file for their Fall 2008 schedule & location for all the cources...

Look at the end of page 5 for the citizenship cource details & on page 8 & 9 for all the locations of the cources.
