Our active member biomed has offered his place for next meeting. Months of May and June could be fine as in the real summer we can go to park for a picnic!

Only problem with May June is it could be raining. So we can fix two dates and if the first day is rain-day we can shift it to another day.

Now you suggestions please :)

BL - when you say not a bad idea though, I am confident you are referring to "FREE FREE.."

Infact, that could be the best advertising Paak can get - without payment of that banner fee which she was referring to!

I can say that because you might recall, just to have the first meeting we had decided to chip in the cost between those who took a decision to hold the meeting. Here we will allow business advertising in the meeting, which is otherwise prohibited!

What are your thoughts on it Beauty Salon?

When I discussed with Garvo, I offered that I will be arranging everything for this meeting including drinks ( soft only;) ), Tea, Coffee and light refreshments and BL that would be FREE:) .

Idea from Chandresh is also great !

If you guys are interested in arranging food and no one is ready to sponser that, than I have 2 suggestions:
1.We can ask members to bring one dish and that can be shared with other CDs
2.We can arrange food to be delivered here by a good caterer ( most likely one plate will cost C$5 to7 although I am not sure)

Any more suggestions on this?????

Finally, I can see, it will happen again. I missed the last meeting but hopefully i will be able to attend this one.

I don't exactly know how things work there but i am ready to contribute in which ever possible manner to make this meet success again.
