Hi
I am staying with my wife in dubai and she is canadian citizen. so my question is can i renew my PR card on basis of staying with canadian abroad. I am staying with her in dubai since 4.5 years and now i want to renew the Card. do you think on airport immigration office can stop me to enter canada.

To file an application for PR card renewal, you have to be physically present in Canada.
You are however able to maintain your PR status since you are with your Canadian citizen spouse.
When you wish to re-enter Canada, you will need to obtain a "travel document" from a Canadian consulate.
Once you re-enter Canada, you may apply for PR card renewal.

When consulate issues you travel document, they will verify that you have maintained your PR status so you will be ok.

sorry to ask you another question . one of my friend is also here in dubai and would like to renew his PR on basis of working for canadian company abroad .. he is selfemployed means he open a business here in canada and he is working in same company as an employee drawing salary 2000$ a month .. he is doing good business on this company like 125K. he is selling services to dubai companies throuh this company and recieving good amount on his business account in canada and paying proper tax on this company .. do you think he can apply as he is working for canadian company abroad .. do you think he can renew his PR on this company basis

Your friend may be able to maintain PR status based on employment for a Canadian company, however, he cannot renew PR card on that basis.
PR card renewal rule is simple - you have to be physically present in Canada.
If you are abroad, you need to apply for a travel document at a consulate in order to come back to Canada.
When you apply, the consulate will determine whether you have maintained your PR status or not and will accordingly issue you travel document.
Once you are back in Canada, then apply for PR card renewal.
In the application form, you will need to declare how long you have stayed in Canada and how long away.
Over there, you can give all your reasons and justifications and evidence for living abroad.
If CIC determines that you have indeed maintained your PR status successfully (like living with a Canadian citizen abroad or working for a Canadian company) they will issue new PR Card.
Read the PR card application kit - that will answer all your questions like the above.

do you think cic will accept his company as cnadian base company and his employment will consider as emplyed outside from his own company . or in other word how they consider a company as canadian base company.

This is complicated you are assuming he'll open a Canadian business in his name and hire himself and file for renwal of PR based on that? Is this what your are saying? If yes, it is unlikely please check with CIC link which Pratick sent you, they have clear instructions which companies are called Canadian companies.
