While death of any single individual is a tragic event, seems like this report has some personal grudge/bias against Gujarat/Narendra Modi

The problems he/she has mentioned can be very well applicable to any part of India.
Health problem/issues are everywhere. In India, poverty/unsanitary conditions is the main reason that leads to disease outbreak. In affluent world, it is the life style that leads to diseases like diabetes/heart conditions/stress/bloodpressure.

This is not isolated. There is real out break in Baroda and Anand town.
What are you saying that India has diseases and affluent countries have different sources for same diseases.I find cancer in every 2nd so called afflunet Canadian, the food sold in many malls is what we wont even buy in India, there are more mentally retarded persons born here than anywhere else - its an industry, I have seenmore people killed and died in car accidents than in New Delhi, Bird flu was here same time it was in China but was underreported - cant happen in India, Hepatitis is so common now that one has to wear gloves as itca be on elevator anywhere, worse than India, plus here there are diseases so many from so many imigrants from worldwide that one doesnt knows what killed them. This is happening when there is no population here and Indians with billions are coping well. Its just because of impotent government and civil service that India is still backward in terms of basics in some areas.Otherwise I find Canada is at least 5-10 years backward than India in terms of technology, service, competition, education and virtually everything. Thatswhy we pay for incoming calls even today in Canada or hefty monthly bundles in hundreds of dollars a month to watch Indian channels, thousands for basic car insurance, medical premiums, rents/taxes, high income taxes and so on.
All I find in Canada is a good weather which is for free (not in winters). So I would recommend anyone who wants a clean fresh environment but survival instincts to move in. This country is not even close to India as we are ahead of Canada in everything and we are not a dependent country, while Canada is 90% dependent on US for survival and this business model wont last long.

All the above are result of License/ Permit/ Quota Raj in Canada and not related to availability of Technology. Canada will revert and resembele to India of 1956 in 10 years when India had that joker Nehru as PM.
