They apply for a visitor's visa. They normally give you SIX Months of stay here. But they have to return back after that. They have to qualify on their own merits and must have property and sufficient income and a Bank balance and sufficient ties to their home countries. Also you can send an invitation to them to visit you here. That helps.

Edit : Too many they's. Your Parents apply in India for a Visitors Visa. (That is the first they.)
The Canadian Immigration in India will give them a Six month Visa. (This is the second they.)
Your Parents will have to return back to their native place. (This is the third they.)
Now you send them an invitation to drop in here and visit you. I hope this is a lot clear now.
