In the past during middle of the week atleast i have managed to get through to the call center agents.. nowadays it says they are busy and cuts u off instead of putting u on hold..

Any suggestions on how to reach an agent..

Keep on trying every 5-10 minutes and eventually you will get through. Good luck.

It's true that if you call just around 8am the chances of your getting through are quite good. It has worked for me.

Try early morning around 8:00 am when CIC opens.

Call them on their least busy days on different timings. Some times they let u know it may take 5-6 min.

Oh yeah i remember now getting up at 8.00 once to get to the call center when my wifes paper work was going on...

What a sob story this call center is..
