Watch this newsreport and you will understand what is going on in South East Asia.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/8477356.stm

First Nepal the only Hindu country in the world was stripped off the tag. They are under the maoist control.

Now they have made a deal with China to stop Tibetians from infiltrating.

They say that trade will be enhanced by the road from mainland China to Nepal.

This will be followed by cheap goods which will wreck havoc on small time producers.

If goods can reach by the road then GUNS can also reach our border.

The kichdi party of India is asking our newsmedia NOT to blow out of proportion so that Indian people will not be upset.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to place a Lord Macaulay's speech(This quote is very controversial where many a persons are questioning the validity of the post http://sundayposts.blogspot.com/2008/01/lord-macaulays-quote-on-india.html) in the British Parliament on 2nd February 1835. I reproduce the quote below:

\"I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief. Such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless  we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and, therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self-esteem, their native self-culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation.\"

Whether Macaulau made that speech or not is irrelevant. Nehru and his clan pursued the policy which has resulted in what India is today.

MM, when he bedded CPM to hold on to power, compromised on Nepal. India will pay dearly in a few years. But MM would have been oblivion by then and his heirs would be in Western countries enjoying luxuries. Why would he care? When George Fernandis, one of the rare good politicians in India and the then Defence minister in Vajpayee Government made a statement that China is biggest enemy of India, he wos hounded by ELM , especially by rogue N.Ram of The Hindu. However, ELM would never publish prominently what you posted here. India's only hope can be that democracy takes place in China, though it seems far fetched today with Obama holding a hat for Chinese support.

On the other side of the border new bunkers are being built.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Pak-tunnels-near-border-worry-government/articleshow/5496241.cms

On our side of the border some company is buying land and that too barren land of no purpose.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Farming-company-buys-barren-land-near-border-raises-alert/articleshow/5496277.cms

Chinese roads are landing up in Nepal, PoK, they have already occupied Srilanka and they are interested in the sea port of Karachi.

Now this is happening and what is our GOI doing ?.

Typical TOI reporting!

They do not give names of the directors of the company. I am sure with TOI reporting standards, one can easily guess. A cursory search at ROC office would have provided much more information about the company buying the land like its directors, financial condition etc. Anyway, GOI has litle interest in security of India. I am sure CD members will recall that just a few days back , GOI admitted that China has occupied illegally more land but MM still wants to import Capital goods from China, permit Chinese workers to build oil pipeline (Most of these laborers are criminals who agree to go abroad in lieu of their jail time being reduced) and keep exporting iron ore to China. Inspite of 26/11 attack, Congress sweeps all the seats of Mumbai in Lok Sabha poll. I think most Indian are insensitive and thick skinned. Just care for stock price and to hell with Nationalism. MM and his clan have nice time.

NEW DELHI: The London-based Commonwealth Games Federation has courted controversy by putting a distorted map of India on its website that shows areas of Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir as part of Pakistan.

T:cry: he map on its countries page shows northern areas of Jammu and Kashmir - Chilas, Gilgit and Skardu - as part of Pakistan. The Gilgit-Baltistan region is part of a disputed territory between India and Pakistan.

:cuss: Similarly, it shows some parts of western Gujarat's Kutch region as belonging to Pakistan.:cuss:

Organisers of the 2010 Commonwealth Games to be held in New Delhi in October said the matter has been raised with the Commonwealth Games Federation officials in London.

Commonwealth Games organising committee secretary Lalit Bhanot told IANS: \"They have promised to get back to us after we brought the issue to their notice.\"

Commonwealth Games Federation CEO Mike Hooper, who is based in New Delhi to oversee the preparations of the 2010 Commonwealth Games, was not available for his comments.

"One must learn Marathi to live in Maharashtra; I was asked to pass exams in Punjabi to get a government job in Punjab; People in southern states there prefer not to speak and understand Hindi even if they know ..."

More than languages ... feelings; We introduce ourselves as 'States'. I am from ....

In China, anywhere I go; people greets me and ask, 'from India? India is great country. How do you like our China?' 'Indeed great and beautiful" I tell them.

We don’t need outsiders to do the job.
