Dear Masoodji,
A friend of mine applied at London visa post in October 2001 and has submitted his required documents under IRPA regulation in August 2003. Now has received a letter from embassy asking to submit all required information within three months to review his file under IRPA regulation and to decide that interview is required or not.
The documents asked as per the following checklist.
1.IMM 008 Generic form with recent photographs (4 copy) of all members in application.
2.Schedule – 1 for all members over the age 18 in application
And some other documents related to his application.
The schedule –1 and all other required documents of check list already submitted in August 2003 but completion of IMM 008 Generic is requested by visa post first time after initial submission in October 2001. However he already submitted the checklist documents and now waiting to hear from London.
My question is why London asked to submit all check list documents with IMM 008 Generic form ? Could your expert help as the guy is under extremely in unpredicted tension?
Thanks.
Mrs. Praveen Daruwala
He should just complete the forms and send asap. It'll reduce his tension. There are many reasons why the embassy might have requested the info.
