I don't have any problem with 26 or 27!

We should fix which ever dates most people are comfortable with.

What I feel, 26th or 27th is too early. I am sure some of us need more time to plan ( including me). I am busy on 26th and 27th.

How about some dates in the month of July?

GG I know you are free after 20th June :p

Thanks and regards.

Biomed... i kindof agree with you ...i dont think we will get much response from members , particularly as there was a meeting just this month.

lets give it a gap of a month or so maybe in end July/early Aug we can pick up the thread from here.

I hope other members agree.

I believe weather in next month should settle down as i am informed. The weather still is unpredictable. If bluffer's park is all favourite it would be wonderful to have picnic next month and also if it is water park it will have more charm in hot weather...

I have a picnic on July 10, any other date is fine to me.

We can do it on July 17. We should discuss the date right now as for summer we plans things quite early, esp. visits to America!!

Just enquired about park permit from the City of Mississauga. We do not need any permit for a group of 25 people. Beyond this we will be required a permit to have a picnic. A fee for that permit is C$39.00 for a day. If we opt to go this way we will have better choice of parks. In Mississauga some parks have shaded area (just in case of rain) and BBQs too. By getting permit we can be assured not to be disturbed by other group picnics in the park on same date.

Here are some suggestions:

Throw your opinions Fellows, we don’t have much time.
