Because there are many such courses available which are free.

no...it is not free....the fees are $360 for the 3 months' course.
there are many free courses, but not as effective. most of the free courses only handout worksheets.

But this is your opinion which could be biased. 99% of people taking such courses opt for free courses offered by HRDC or their agencies and many of these individuals are successful.
