This is an off-topic posting, but w.r.t the OP, I am always surprised that people come all the way from India and spend the money to study in Canadian colleges - community and private. Those college fees also tend to run in thousands of dollars. It would be a different ballpark if people came here to study in university to get a undergrad/post graduate degree. But spending so much money and then looking for a cash job somehow do not sound very heartening.
Out of curiosity - what is the ROI on a diploma from a Canadian college for a foreign student. Or is it just a tool to find a job in Canada and settle down rather than a career path? Because similar programs are available in India and may be a bit cheaper.
I believe that these colleges seem to do a good job of marketing themselves in India. People seem to get sucked up by the empty promises of getting a good job after getting a diploma - as evident from the case of a fraudulent culinary college in Niagara falls, where most of the students were from India.

ROI of study in ca= ... Bankrupcy
the colleges are all ponzi schemes, and one ex banker professor said that these certificates are all useless
study one year = you get one year work permit and so on
even if one has relatives its a sorry state
I use to work on a ship in usa and my goal was usa hence this course for PR. Did my course then seriously thought of alberta etc but looking at sorry state of immigrants i never filed.
On a better note did some amazing fishing , had a car for one year in my two year stay had a desk 9-6 job as software support .
Total cost CAD 22000 when USd was lower than cad, learning experience 'stay with the herd ' priceless
