I kinda agree with Guru that the Canadian economy sure needs the Asian new comers 4 the country's prosperity and taking it 2 new identity in the coming future . We have the skills , dexterity and the drive .
What we lack is capital , the lack of which forces us 4 labor jobs . If somehow this capitalisation can b met the Canadian system can b taken advantage of ......... comments invited on this .
For eg a $100k convenience store generates a net monthly income of $4k . Plus the possibility of generating employment . Assuming Banks finance 50% $50k still remains 2 b invested . If 1 of us can get in this amount I dont see any reasons why life should b treachorous.
Somewhere on this forum I ve read people advising 'getting familiar with the system and beating it / out doing it ' . Is this what they mean?

u hit it right to some extent. the trouble with our people is they all dream for babu jobz and then gripe. generating the initial capital is the name of the game. it is tough only until u learn how to get it.
this is all what i want to show these guys "how to do it?". but b4 we start, there must be a game plan, a thorogh study done and serious commitment.
one of the prerequisites is that u must a have good credit record and never screwed any financial institution b4.
this is about starting ur own business so it is imperative that u know what u want to do.
I am not any kind of broker or agent looking for money. infact I consider those who seek advice from brokers/paralegals/lawyers nothing but "loosers".
send me what kind of business u want to start and i will guide u to the right path.

the other thing chandresh babu is confidentiality. what home work have u done for ur coffee shop venture e.g. location and rent/lease-time, r u planning to take over existing one or a newer one, franchising fee, number of people u will employ etc?

I can see thru your posts that you did not interact much with NON SOUTH ASIAN people ( same like Bush, your room mate who did not ineract much with non Spanish people
