okay guys!!!

i noticed that only two of the members were dilligently patient and respectful, whereas the others were sarcastic, laughing at and under estimating characters which is known as "arrogance". We "SOUTH-ASIANS" are loaded with that arrogance. we can not see our own faults, but the others do.

a canadian does not behave like an american but an englishman "weirdo".

I am posting this site for all of u guys and please make sure to read it all. don't make any hasty decision with these guys. once comfy, contact me again and i will help out with the real dynamics of securing loan from the right place.

Manasvi, that is all u need a one year of stay in canada but with clean credit record.

http://www.grants-loans.com/ontario-loans.php

and to some of the members, be serious in life. that is an essential element.

i repeat "do not buy anything" from these guys. i earliear posted that never to go paralegals, liers (lawyers) and brokers.

Guru,

I have NOT seen the web site since if you are talking about only a loan, I do not need any assistance on that part (since one of the businesses that I want to do is to loan to other people!).

I am looking for guidance on making good business plan and/or getting a Tim Hortans franchise- which in Canada is considered like buying a lottery prize!

Can you help me on that?

Chandresh

how ironic?

u ask a question and then u answer aswell.........how could i help? hmmmmm.

u have the money already to invest . if u r looking for higher roi then u have a higher degree of risk aswell.

i am sure u will do a good homework for ur Tim Horton venture (have seen some franchises closing doors)

Guru,

i apologise if my english is not good enough and therefore it makes you draw a wrong conclusion. I have NOT answered my own question.

I had asked you for guidance on two businesses:

1. Money lending - for this business, I have the base capital but that is not enuf to bring good results. What I need is that I can draw a business plan where I can borrow from lender (banks/brokers) and normal commercial rate of interest and then lend to high return (and naturally high risk) borrowers like individuals and small businesses wanting short term cash (or say things like second mortgage). Insuch a case, I would probably look at borrowing rates of about 5.5 to 6% and lend at about 8.5 to 9%. With a debt equity ratio of 1:4 or and a average turnover period of 60days, this could result in a very high roi depending on the mix of loans I give out.

However, since you said that you cannot help me on that business - the need for taking a loan is no more.

2. Tim Hortans franchise - here I do not need your help in loan (I do need a loan but for Tim Hortans, it is one of the easiest things to arrange with a debt equity of 1:3, and I do have that capital. My banker has already confirmed that to me). However, in this business, I seek your help to GET THE FRANCHISE since that involves not only a good business plan, but a person who can get you such a thing.

I have never come across a Tim Hortans closing down - and frankly, I am ready to purchas even one which is closing doors since i have that much confidence in this franchise and am ready to take that risk.

I hope this time I am clear and have been able to explain to you what advice/guidance/assistance I need from you.

And as I said earlier, I am desperate because this is my third year in Canada doing nothing (or odd jobs to pass time!)

Sincerely looking forward to your advice. If need be, I can drive down to Washington to meet you.

Chandresh

This is for Mr Chandresh
I have good experience in prepration of feasibility reports for large engineering projects, Identification of new areas of investment and Corporate Business Strategy with excellent academic and industrial credentials. I have been somewhat away from these areas in the three year period in Canada. I ould like to involve myself in these sort of activities. If you do not mind you we can discuss on these matters further
take care
