I recently got my Canadian citizenship
So after Oath, we received wallat size card as well as certificate
Since I am moving to new place within month, I am not going to apply for Canadian passport
Is that okay or I need to apply within certain time line ?
Say during this period if I have to travel out of Canada, can I do ?
Like use Indian passport as travel document & use Citizenship card/ceritificate to make entry in Canada ( as PR Card is not with me )
Is that possible ?
Thanks

You should surrender your Indian passport and get a surrender certificate. There is also penalty if you use it or keep it without cancelling it since you are now a Canadian citizen and have given up your Indian citizenship.
You could have applied for Canadian passport since usually it takes only about 2 weeks though I do not know what is the current timeline.

Thanks Dimple & Raj
So bottom line is - I can't travel on Indian Passport with Canadian Citizenship Card
I am delaying to apply for Canadian passport as will be moving to new place
And I want to use my new home address on Passport
I guess Canadian Passport has some postal address written somewhere..
