Recently saw a ad in the local paper for make ur own wine at Corks winery brampton.
Anybody tried this..
I wanted to get the fruit wines, but have to order 30 bottles which is a lot and so have to spend close to 110$.. wanted to know anyones experience with Corks or this kind of stuff where they provide the concentrate and all u do is at the end of 40 days go and bottle..

I did it at Mississauga store (not of corks winery). I bought Armone but there are lot of varieties. Research about the flavor before you buy it.
Can u tell the contact info of the store..
What is that stores lot size.

I do not exactly remember name of the store. It is in a strip mall located at Dugoy and Britannia (which is one light west of Terry Fox and Britannia). There is Bombay grocer and New India Sweet House in the same plaza.
I bottled around 36 bottles from one lot
I know another one which is in streetville. (it is in a plaza next to Streetsville Library) on Queen Street (south of Britannia) I will go there for Beer before summer. They have wine as well.
I haven't tried that one, but there is a place by Keele & Hwy 7 that looks interesting. I forget the name - but it's located right at the Northeast corner of the intersection.

Forgot to update this thread.
Me and a couple of my friends tried Cherry Pion noir at corks winery.
Came out quiet nice and at 3.50 a bottle it is probably the cheapest wine
A lot of my friends who are not serious wine drinkers liked it.
We are planning to do it again.
The most professional wine making place I've used in the GTA - and I've used various places in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, North York & Markham.
They know what they are doing - trust them.
And their prices are reasonable too.
