Hi
I am in the market to buy a townhouse from Brantheaven homes/Mississauga .The model is the Kensington (End) 1865 $429,990.Anyone bought a house from from this builder and their experience. I am not going for any upgrades. Please share your experience.

I know you mentioned about not getting upgrades, without getting into the reasons why or why not, my advise would be if you need something, go for it. It's difficult to get it done afterwards, especially if it involves concealed wiring (telephone or cable connection, additional outlets), upgrading a bathroom (from a 2 piece to a 3-piece), upgrading kitchen cabinets, 1 sink vs 2 sink in the washroom, replacing carpet with tiles etc
Things like replacing carpet with hardwood, putting in a gas line for the stove, kitchen backsplash etc can happen afterwards.
