Last week Kasab was handed over death sentence by the Mumbai High Court. There was this allegedly relative of a victim, proudly declaring that justice was done even though there was a delay. She was more than happy that by this delayed court proceedings, India proved it had “democracy and civil society” in the “eyes of the world” and was not any “banana republic”. There was our Home Minister to console anyone who needed to be that Kasab will be 30 on the list of people to be hanged (Afzal Guru who was to be hanged for his parliament attack crime committed 10 years early is No.19). It is highly possible that 19 year old Kasab will die a natural death when 89 or 99.
People defending the parliament and other places may better think about their own safety and ponder whether it is worth laying down their lives. And also the lady who spoke about the “eyes of the world”, and her ilk, should bother about the “noses of the world” too. There is no true civil society or democracy for one billion people, when lakhs of crores of their rupees are looted and stashed away in Swiss and tax havens of the Caribbean by a few hundred. It stinks, really it stinks.

Bharat Ratna Kasab amar rahe !.

After Ghulam Nabi Azad visited Raza in Tihar, both PC and Nandan Nilenkeni will be visiting Kasab in Mumbai and will issue his ration card, Unique Identification Card, voters id and also passport.

DMKMK : Dravida Muthuvel Karunanidhi Kudumba Munnetra Kazhagam will loose this election hands down.

PC: Police Constable Paa.Chidambaram the Home Minister will lose in Tamilnadu next Loksabha election.


The consequence of their inactivity will be felt in the next 2 election.

The saving grace is Raza is eating Ragi Balls in Tihar.

Personally I liked our long waited line for "Hang up until death", bcos once you give Kasab hang up he will be free, but right now he is inside the jail and whatever situation he is passing through everyday enquiry, torcher, mentally upset all the time.

This is actually real punishment for him, b'cos Kasab and all others were ready for die when they attack on 26/11.

They were very much of aware that they are going to die anyhow on "allah"'s name.

so if you hang up right now He will be more happy than keep himself all the time in jail alone and this way he is dying every moment, every hour and every day......

Will it not be better to be done with Kasab and Afzal Guru and for us to move on. The talk of every minute torture instead of swift punishment is only more inhuman than carrying out death punishment. Besides there is this real danger of another Kandahar and our neighbour willing to welcome with open arms and given citizenship to any number of criminals from India. Who knows after about 5 years, the government will find out whoever residing inside is not the real Kasab, who might have vanished in the lanes and bylanes of Mumbai. The Congress govt will appoint an enquiry commission under a retired High Court Judge to "enquire into the circumstances of his disappearance" etc.
