I want to know good education evaluation companies to evaluate my degrees to start with.
And also want to know if someone denied Tn1 whether he can go for second try?
Or some other visa like H1b/L1?
Really appreciate if anyone wants share experience or know someone who gone through this situation.
I checked Tnvisaexpert.com website people put comments they tried two time/three times got either Tn1 or some other visas.

-- You can apply for H/L status (if eligible) - previous TN denial has no impact on this. You may try for TN again, if you are denied for the first time, but with fixing the mistakes because of which you were denied the TN status previously. Without that, doing "border shopping" will get you in trouble..

A. The OP has Electrical Engineering degree which is not related to Computer Systems Analyst job .... then how come he qualified to get his TN Visa ... if we go by your response that the degree should be associated with the job ?
B. If a person has Electrical Engineering and also has Software Industry Certificates viz Sun Solaris Administrator or Oracle Certified Professional .... are these counted as well if the original academic degree is not in Computer Sc. and the TN Application is for the job of Computer Systems Analyst ?

-- If the job description under the TN job title matches the duties described in the TN letter, then you are eligible for TN. If the education requirement for TN is listed as "Engineering" without the specific requirement (such as Electrical/Computer), then your degree is good to go to get your TN.
Since the OP got his TN, his job duties and degree must have matched the requirements in the TN handbook.

-- Again, it all depends on job description and the educational requirement. If the requirement is to have an engineering degree and if you go with the degree in computer science, TN could be refused. For some jobs, the TN handbook says that the certificates or the experience is accepted in lieu of a degree. Then you have to produce the proof of experience (and it starts getting scrutinized more).
Long story short: The job duties and the educational requirements listed in the TN handbook for that specific title should match your degree and the job duties listed in your TN letter.
