I have job offer in hand for TN1. I need suggestions what to do and do not for first time TN1.

If someone got TN1 recently I would like to know their experience.

There are no tricks at the border. You show up with all necessary documents plus a properly drafted TN employment letter and answer the questions the officer asks and don't offer anymore info beyond what is asked, you should be fine. If your title is part of the NAFTA approved titles and if your degrees/diplomas match the NAFTA TN requirements, you should be fine.

Hi

I'm Oracle consultant worked for 3 years in USA on H1-B . THEN Came to Canada on PR now I'm Canadian citizen. At present I got job offer from US Company(desi company). I have 1.5 years working as oracle consultant in CANADA.

I need help from you gurus on how can I apply for TN and on which category. I have MBA(MIS) from United States. I see that 2 categoris Management consultant and System Analyst close to my profession. I guess Management consultant is more diffiucult to get.

Any help and prior people who applied for this TN visa will be highly appreciated

I would like to share my happiness yesterday I got my TN at Pearson airport. Thanks to everybody for suggestions.
