India has lost all its credibility. Now we should sent Kasab back to Pakistan, free Afzal Guru and save lots of tax payer's money and forget that 26/11 happened.

There is nothing new here. Govt babus were busy with getting ready to go abroad. No time to go thru the paperwork / warrant. They must be thinking like "chalta hai" as done in India.
