We blame Pakistan twice for sheltering men who were already living in India. We go to Denmark with an expired warrant

India has lost all its credibility. Now we should sent Kasab back to Pakistan, free Afzal Guru and save lots of tax payer's money and forget that 26/11 happened.

There is nothing new here. Govt babus were busy with getting ready to go abroad. No time to go thru the paperwork / warrant. They must be thinking like "chalta hai" as done in India.

This ultimately ties into the efficiency and efficacy of Indian bureaucracy. Why filter for the best candidates through civil services exams when the final product is not ultimately able to deliver the goods?
I have no respect for those so called brilliant minds of India when they are unable to change the system even after 64 years.
