Hello All

My sister is looking for work in Bank.
She has experience back home in a national bank.

We have tried registering with different consultancies but to no avail.

She has given 2 interviews with 2 different bank for CSR teller position, and she was one of the best candidate, but someone else got selected as they knew bank manager and manager of customer services inspite of performing bad than my sister (yes we came to knew it thru someone who works there )

Anyways, if there is anyone over here who can help us please let me know. If you can provide name of agencies/consultancies who hires for banks please let us know as well.

And if you work in a bank and can provide reference, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S - she has her profile on all bank job site and is applying to all kind of jobs suitable to her since last 4-5 months

i am not sure if any CD's would be working in bank

How can you know that the other candidate performed badly from someone else . How can that person tell you about the interview and how badly the other candidate performed.
