Hi,
Does anyone know if a student doing PhD can leave his/her PhD and take up a Full Time Job in a Canadian company? Is this allowed? Can anyone provide some thoughts?
Please do share your thought.
Thanks!

If the student is a PR/Citizen the answer is Yes:
If the student is on a Student Visa the answer is yes and no:
No: As per the visa, you are only permitted to enter Canada as a student for the duration of your stay. If you change your status, you will have to reapply for a fresh Visa/Permit with CIC Canada
Yes: Your company should apply for your Work Visa that will help you move to the company.
