Hi There,

I Finished my post grad certificate in Ontario and got PGWP for 1 yr . After 3month of completion of my program i got a Permanent Job offer from a employer in Winnipeg .

I have been working here for last 4 month and and after two more month (in oct) i will be applying for manitoba PNP under employer direct stream.

My PGWP expires in March and as the information given by Manitoba immigration website , it take minimum 3-6 month to get PNP certificate.

My question is if by the time my PGWP expires i haven't received the PNP certificate , what should i do to extend my work permit. What should be my contingency plan in order kepp working at my employer.

I would really appreciate if some body can respond to this
