It is difficult but no Impossible to fight against bribery and corruption in India. If you offer bribe to an employee then yes you are corrupt but why should we pay bribe for things that we could have done without ?? For eg, traffic tickets..They are not going to hang you for that or insurance is not going to go high there in India then why to offer traffic officer? if they ask, simply deniye or capture on cell phone. Friend of mine recorded on cell phone and he forwarded to higher authority and to media, tthis small things adds up..just simply dont encourage corruption.
I have been to india last but didnt pay for at airport eventhough he asked, I said open the bags and if I have to I will..but he never bothered..
Big scams are affecting india like, 2g spectrum and all those where industrialists get away with paying to ministers..that needs to be stopped..

If you want to do something for our country, just dont support corruption or be part of it
Apparently the issue may be different, but the problem is the same. Three people involved in Rajiv Gandhi's assassination and the killing of dozen others (somehow we do not seem to value their lives) 2 decades ago were supposed to be hanged on September 9th. But a few days back the Supreme Court had asked the government to explain within 8 weeks a day by day account of the delay during the last several years. This after the president rejecting their clemency plea. The person who fought for their lives was none other than Ram Jethmalani. Looks like the only thing he gives importance is Mahatma Gandhi's smile. One day he would shout against terrorists and terrorism, another day against corruption and the corrupt and on the third day he would be appearing in their defence.
The law simply isn't allowed to work in India. It is not a question of having or not having Lokpal bill. In Germany, many years ago Stefi Graf's father went to prison for tax evasion. In India if the person is a celebrity or VIP, he simply gets away.

Anna and his team had been cheated out, not once but twice within a gap of few months by the corrupt congress government remote controlled by Sonia Gandhi. If not, today, why Arvind Kesriwal would campaign in a non-descript Haryana bye-election NOT to vote for the Congress party.
We do not need a Lokpal Bill, if only our election commission would act as strict as they were under T.N. Seshan, unleashing all their powers. This was demonstrated all over again in the recent Tamil Nadu elections, where a honest and upright Collectorin Madurai by the name of Devasahayam and many others like him, stood up against the money and government power of the corrupt DMK and had them defeated.
We also need to ban the Nehru dynasty, from participating in Indian politics for the next 50 years. If only Sonia Gandhi would recuperate from her illness by settling down in Italy permanently, she will be doing India a lot of good. It will also help the Harvard and LSE experts to do their own household chores, than that of Sonia's house.
We also need to ban anyone from falsely using the Mahatma's surname as their own family name to cheat the country's illiterate masses

Whatever Team Anna does , looks screwed up in the beginning but they eventually come up winners.
Arvind kejriwal has already given this answer that by saying all these things congress and others are insulting Hisar voters.
My view point is at this point of time Anna and his team should take advantage of momentum they have gained and take every opportunity to ouster all corrupts from every nook and corner of India. Total cleanup !! location does not matter.
There was this above interview with Karan Thapar in CNN.
The CEC says it would be impracticable to recall the elected representatives. 'The recall petition have to be signed by several lac people and their signatures would be very difficult to verify.
With a lot of discontent around, this process will create instability. The candidate coming 2nd, will start the recall movement from day one of the result.
Instead the voters should select the good candidate, by increasing the turn out % to 90 and above, from the current app.60%. "
It is mainly Anna supporters class i.e., the upper middle class and the rich, who mostly stay indoors during the election day.

Recall petition to be signed by lacs may not be practical but bringing in 6 monthly performance review system should help. Today political position is considered as secured job till next election or interim fall of govt. It should be rather a demanding job. Setting clear objectives during elections and measuring periodicaly the on ground performance (by EC or lokayukt or by CJ) will help weeding out non performers. Clear mark sheet to be published and on achieving sub standard grades, let the second in line candidate take over.
Leaving everything on vote of common man who may not be aware of complete process and is only roped in by 'herd mentality' is not good practice even though we are talking abt democracy.
Right to reject during elections is a good suggestion though. Kudos to Anna !
