Hi,
I have a question about filling some of the form details in Native language. In form 5406. The 1st question states to write all names in English and native language. My question is, is it OK if I just write the name in English language and skip writing it in Native language ?
There is also similar question of native language in form 5669. The 2nd question asks about writing full name of the principal applicant in native language or script. Again is it OK if I skip this question?
Please reply

No..you should not skip this question, as CIC might return the forms back to you as incomplete.
