2) While looking for the appliances, we came across with Steam washer and dryer. What is the advantage of this feature as compared to regular washer/dryer.
Same with the convection Cooking range, any advantage if dont cook any meat and dont use the oven too much...

PC shutters has good prices. I would recommend. Suggest to buy Convection oven microwave from Panasonic.

Steam dryer basically are for clothes that are easily wrinkle but using steam during drying process it will not leave any wrinkles. Just to warn you steam dryer use lot of hydro tho even if it is eco friendly.

Samsung front load 1700 or 1600 series something like that is awesome. My friend recently bought those one with steam options and its awesome. And machines are so quite you won't know they are running even if you wash or dry at night time.
