If it is the same person we are referring to, then, ...he is missing in action. In absentia, they have this judgment made. Case closed.

Sir,
He is very much alive and on the internet.
he wrote to me some 3 weeks back asking for updates from my side.
In a mail sent to me 3 years back, he told me that he has relocated to Mumbai and that Mumbai was a great place to be.
Anyways, since I have not seem him in person, I canot vouch for any of his statements on the internet.
I am also in close contact with Snakaracharya / Vandemataram.
